Stretching is an excellent way to improve your overall health and increase your range of motion.
To get started, it's important to warm up your muscles first. This can be done by doing some light aerobic exercise such as jogging or cycling for 5-10 minutes, or spending 5-10 minutes in our infrared sauna. After that, you can begin stretching. Start by holding each stretch for 10-15 seconds and gradually increase the duration of the stretch. Be sure to stretch both sides of your body, not just one.
Additionally, focus on stretching all of the major muscle groups such as your arms, legs, chest, and back.
Finally, we offer 60min guided/assisted therapeutic stretching services. You also want to make sure to stretch after your workouts as well to help keep your muscles loose and relaxed. With consistent stretching, you should start to experience increased flexibility and improved range of motion.
