Muscle Isolation Workout Tips

Updated: Jan 23

Hi there! Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your muscle isolation workouts:

  1. Warm up before you start. Take some time to warm up your muscles with a light cardio exercise. This will help you avoid injury and get the most out of your workout.

  2. Focus on one muscle group at a time. It’s easy to get distracted when working out multiple muscle groups, so focus on one muscle group at a time and really concentrate on isolating and working that muscle.

  3. Don’t rush through your reps. Slow and controlled movements are the key to a successful muscle isolation workout. Take your time and focus on proper form to make sure you’re getting the most out of each exercise.

  4. Increase the weight gradually. Don’t try to lift too much weight too quickly. Starting with lighter weights and gradually increasing the weight over time will help you get the most out of your workouts.

  5. Make sure to rest and recover. Muscles need time to rest and recover, so make sure to take a day or two off between sessions to allow your muscles to recover and grow stronger.

I hope these tips help you get the most out of your muscle isolation gym/home workouts. But, If that sounds like too much work you can always just book a Neu-tummy/glutes/thigh service and get the same results while resting.

By using low-voltage electricity that targets adenosine triphosphate (ATP) cell growth, micro-current tightens the muscles and connective tissues of the face. This, in turn, stimulates key cellular activities such as collagen production, lymphatic drainage, skin lifting, muscle building, cellulite reduction and texture-smoothing. We accomplish this by using the Neurotris.

The Neurotris is 2nd Generation Multi-Signaling Microcurrent Technology The significance of a superior performing machine recognizes several important technical attributes in relation to multi-signaling micro-current technology. Therefore, not all microcurrent machines are the same.

Thousands of frequencies can be used (Sine, Square, Biphasic, Monophasic, Pulsed, Galvanic, etc). When these frequencies are combined into a preset program, it is called a “Signal”. NeurotriS is the developer of the only Dynamic Microcurrent device on the market that features a constantly evolving Dynamic intelligent bilateral feedback loop that optimizes the signal based on an individual's skin at the time of treatment. NeurotriS Second Generation technology will significantly improve the look and feel of your skin for your face and body.
