Exfoliating your skin can help to remove dead skin cells and leave your skin looking healthy and radiant.
To Exfoliate:
Step 1- Start by wetting your skin and then apply a gentle exfoliating product.
Step 2- Gently massage the product into your skin using circular motions, focusing on areas that tend to be oilier such as the forehead, nose, chin, heels, knees, and elbows.
Step 3- Rinse off the product with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
There are 3 different forms of exfoliation:
Physical Exfoliation. Physical exfoliation of the skin involves the use of a granular scrub which, when applied to the skin, physically buffs or abrades the skin's surface and thereby removes dead skin cell build-up. ...
Chemical Exfoliation. Chemical Exfoliation of skin includes using acids & Enzymes.
Mechanical Exfoliation. Mechanical Exfoliation of the skin involves the use of machines. Microdermabrasion, derma-planing, and sonic scrubbers/brushes are mechanical exfoliation.
Side note for my DIY Tribe
Some popular natural exfoliants include:
Baking soda.
Finely ground sugar.
Coffee grounds.
Finely ground almonds.

For best results, exfoliate two to three times per week.
