Winter skincare Tips

Winter can be a harsh time for our skin. To keep your skin looking and feeling great, here are some tips:

🌱Drink plenty of water - this helps keep your skin hydrated and prevents dryness.

🌱Use a gentle cleanser - harsh cleansers can strip your skin of its natural oils, leaving it dry. (Cleanser pH of 4.5-7)

🌱Use sun protection - even though it is winter, the sun can still damage your skin.

🌱Exfoliate - this will help remove any dead skin cells and keep your skin looking fresh and glowing.

🌱Avoid hot showers - hot water can dry out your skin, so keep the temperature lukewarm.
