Schedule Your Yoni Steam Today!

Yoni is an (ancient) Sanskrit term for a woman’s sacred garden or her divine femininity.  The Yoni (vaginal) care system is another form of self-care and an holistic process.  Yoni Steam, V-steam, and Vaginal Steam are different terms for the same service, that when done properly, resets the pH of your sacred garden.

Mayan and Asian women have been steaming their Yonis as a form of herbal hydrotherapy for centuries. Yoni steaming is a practice of steeping herbs like you would a tea and then instead of drinking them, women sit over them, thus allowing the steam (from the herbs) to penetrate her Yoni. This gentle technique can be quite healing for the female reproductive system and can bring balance to the energy flow of your Sacral Chakra (your point of reproduction, sensuality and creativity).

At Esthetics by P Brown, the herbs used for the Yoni Steams are Certified, Organic, Living, and have their own individual health benefits. Different herbs have different health benefits therefore, based on which herbs are used, a Yoni Steam may potentially help with (this is not an exhaustive list):

PMS, heavy bleeding, painful menstruation, uterine fibroids, irregular or absent menstrual cycles, severe cramping, vaginal dryness, ovarian cists, PCOS, hormone imbalances, healing after childbirth, menopause, yeast infections, bladder infections, toning, removing odors, detoxifying and removing toxins from the body, stress, depression, fatigue, hemorrhoids

We invite you to join the group of women who schedule their bi-monthly yoni steams with us (every month). Our yoni steams have an added pampering touch that you only receive at Esthetics by P Brown.

The steaming treatment allows you to reconnect with your body and pamper yourself, however there are a few cautions:

  • We do not recommend steaming if you are pregnant.

  • We do not recommend steaming while you are on your menstrual cycle (however, you may choose to before or afterwards).

  • We do not recommend you steaming too frequently especially since it balances your pH level.
