First, I want to thank my clients for continuing to book appointments during this time. I've noticed that my clients have been taking advantage of the time off from their jobs during this pandemic. They've been scheduling their Yoni Steams and Infrared Sauna treatments and they are taking this time to detox and refresh themselves. It’s almost like they're on mini vacations.
Quite honestly, now is the best time to detox, especially if you are currently healthy, and not dealing with any flu symptoms. The Infrared Sauna and the Yoni Steam Sauna will boost your immune system, to keep you feeling healthy.
HOW DOES IT BOOST THE IMMUNE SYSTEM, PORSCHE? I’m glad you asked…
Our infrared saunas raise the core temperature of our bodies, similar to what happens when we work-out and when our temperature in our body rises, our bodies are better able to fight off potential infections, therefore boosting our immune system. Also, the infrared rays penetrate into our skin and the heat warms us from the inside, therefore pushing the toxins out of our bodies through sweat (detoxing) which also helps increase our immune system.
SCHEDULING CHEMICAL PEELS WHILE YOU'RE OFF
I also have to compliment my clients who have used the down time to pop in and get their reset facials and chemical peels. The reset facials work to extract the toxins from their face leaving their skin clean and fresh. My chemical peel clients have been coming because they now have the time to sit at home while their faces peel – so when they return to work, their skin will be glowing. I applaud y’all, that is – great planning!
OSHA STANDARDS FOLLOWED (fully)
Let me say, we work very diligently (even when there’s not a pandemic) to make sure our facility is clean and meets OSHA guidelines and standards, I’m sure it’s because I’m a (former) nurse and I am programmed to be very “anal retentive” about cleaning. Our cleaning staff is OSHA Certified and all of our products are covered by OSHA.
Now, I can’t speak for anyone else, but here at Esthetics by P Brown, we use a bacterial, viral, fungal, germ disinfectant as a cleaner on our infrared sauna and yoni steam units after each and every client. Quite honestly, we disinfectant profusely throughout the entire Day Spa.
