You can book via our website, app, telephone, or via text message.

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?

1-2 hours per the availability of the tech. 24 hours in advance per the salon's availability.

 

DO YOU SEND REMINDERS TO YOUR GUESTS ABOUT THEIR UPCOMING SERVICES?

Yes, we send reminders to our guest via email and text message.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We value your business at Esthetics by P. Brown and look forward to your visits. Please make note of our 24 hr. Cancellation Policy and all appointments Must be secured with a Credit Card. There is a $25 late cancellation/ no-show fee. If you arrive at you appoint within 10min to 15min late there is a $20 fee. If you are more than 15mins late there is a $25 fee and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If an appointment is booked outside of business hours (10 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 7 pm Saturday) there is an additional $15 fee. All Special pricing vouchers are redeemed at the time a service is booked, forfeited if a client misses their appointment without properly notifying the business. All refunds on services or product will need to be approved by spa management.

 

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No, unless the child is receiving a service they cannot be at the spa due to lack of supervision.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

If you arrive at you appoint within 10min to 15min late there is a $20 fee. If you are more than 15mins late there is a $25 fee and your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

HOW DO I TIP MY TECHNICIAN WHO PERFORMED MY SPA SERVICE?

Gratuities are very much appreciated and at your discretion. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express as payment for spa transactions. The average gratuity is 18% to 25% of the service total. You can indicate to the guest care team how much you would like to leave for your technician after your services.

 

WHAT FACTORS WILL AFFECT MY RESULTS?

CAN I PURCHASE DAY SPA PRODUCTS OVER THE PHONE AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO ME?

Yes, and you’ll receive your products within 7-10 days. Staff will contact you promptly if there are any delays.

 

MAY I RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

All refunds on services or products must be approved via spa management.
