CANCELLATION POLICY?

 

Please make note of our 24 hr. Cancellation and all fees are automatically charged by the system at the end of the work day. If we are unable to collect the fee your account is blocked for booking until it is paid.

  • There is a $25 late cancellation/ no-show fee. If you arrive at your appointment within 10min to 15min late there is a $20 fee. If you are more than 15 mins late there is a $25 fee and your appointment may need to be rescheduled (If we start your appt. 15mins late without at least 30mins notices you receive a $25 discount.)

  • If any appointment is booked outside of business hours (10 am to 7 pm Monday thru Friday, 10am to 7 pm Saturday) there is an additional $30 fee.

 

Groupon & Vouchers

  • All appointments must be secured by a credit card at the time of booking.

  • All Special pricing vouchers are redeemed at the time a service is booked, and forfeited if a client misses their appointment without properly notifying the business.

  • All refunds on services or products will need to be approved by spa management.

 

 

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO MY APPOINTMENT?

No, unless the child is receiving a service they cannot be at the spa due to lack of supervision.

ARE YOUR TECHNICIANS LICENSED?

Yes, They are all TN Board Licensed.



HOW DO I TIP MY TECHNICIAN WHO PERFORMED MY SPA SERVICE?

Gratuities are very much appreciated and at your discretion. We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express as payment for spa transactions. The average gratuity is 18% to 25% of the service total. You can indicate to the guest care team how much you would like to leave for your technician after your services.



WHAT FACTORS WILL AFFECT MY RESULTS?

YOUR HOME CARE ROUTINE. CAN I PURCHASE DAY SPA PRODUCTS OVER THE PHONE AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED TO ME?

Yes, and you’ll receive your products within 7-10 days. Staff will contact you promptly if there are any delays.



MAY I RETURN A PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

All refunds on services or products must be approved via spa management.
